We consider our patient intake representatives important members of our team. They are responsible for greeting our patients, scheduling appointments, handling all our phone calls, maintaining your medical records, making sure you are promptly taken care of, and ensuring that the proper referral, authorization or prescription is in place as required by your individual insurance company.
